General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement between winvip ("Platform", "we") and every person who uses this platform ("User"). By opening an account on winvip, using its services, or accessing the platform in any way, you are considered to have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full.

winvip is an online gaming and sports betting platform operated for players in Bangladesh. The platform includes slots, live casino, sports betting, and other gaming services.

These terms may be published in both English and Bengali. In the event of any dispute over interpretation, the Bengali version shall apply.

Account Registration and Management

2.1 Registration Process

To use winvip's services, each user must open a personal account. All information provided at registration — name, date of birth, mobile number, and email — must be accurate and up to date. Providing incorrect or false information may result in the account being suspended or permanently closed.

2.2 Single Account Policy

Each person may operate only one account. If multiple accounts are found in the same person's name, multiple accounts from the same device, or accounts created by several members of the same household using the same payment method, they will be treated as duplicate accounts belonging to one person, and all related accounts may be closed with balances forfeited.

2.3 Account Verification

winvip may at any time request a National ID card, passport, or other documents to confirm identity. Until verification is complete, deposit, withdrawal, or bonus claim features may be restricted.

2.4 Login Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your account username and password confidential. Account access must not be shared with any third party. If you suspect unauthorized access, you must notify the winvip support team immediately.

Age Restriction and Eligibility

All winvip services are available only to individuals aged 21+ or above. If a minor is found using this platform, their account will be closed immediately and no claim for a refund of deposited funds will be accepted.

Providing a date of birth at registration is mandatory. Providing false information about age may give rise to legal liability. winvip may place any account under investigation if it appears suspicious during the verification process.

Terms of Service Use

4.1 Permitted Use

The winvip platform may only be used for personal entertainment purposes. Operating an account for commercial purposes, placing bets on behalf of third parties, or playing for a professional syndicate is strictly prohibited.

4.2 Prohibited Conduct

winvip strictly prohibits any of the following activities:

• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities or errors in the platform
• Playing using bots, scripts, or automated software
• Money laundering or any unlawful financial transaction
• Deceiving other users with false information
• Claiming bonuses using multiple accounts
• Carrying out cyber attacks on the platform's servers or network

If any of the above conduct is proven, the account will be permanently closed and legal action may be taken where necessary.

Betting and Casino Rules

5.1 Bet Validity

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. If a bet remains incomplete due to a technical issue, winvip will decide at its own discretion whether to void or keep the bet.

5.2 Sports Betting

Bet outcomes in cricket, football, and other sports are determined on the basis of the official result after the match ends. If a match does not complete the scheduled overs or time and is officially declared abandoned, the related bet will be considered void and the original stake will be returned.

5.3 Live Casino

In live casino games, the dealer's decision is final. If a game is left incomplete due to an internet disconnection, winvip will determine the outcome according to server logs. winvip reserves the right to automatically void any abnormal winnings paid out due to a technical error.

5.4 Slots and Other Games

Slot games operate through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Each spin is independent and unrelated to previous results. The RTP figures published by game providers are approximate and based on long-term averages.

Deposits and Withdrawals

6.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount at winvip is ৳200. Accepted deposit methods are bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other scheduled banks). Once a deposit is completed, the balance is added to the account immediately or within a short time.

Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted. The source of funds must belong to the account holder.

6.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. The withdrawal process is normally completed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Withdrawal methods are the same as deposit methods — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer.

Account verification must be complete before making a withdrawal request. Withdrawal amounts must have been earned through deposits — to withdraw funds obtained from bonuses, the applicable wagering requirement must be met.

6.3 Transaction Validity

winvip reserves the right to hold and review any suspicious transaction. Irregular transaction patterns, unusual amounts, or frequent changes between multiple payment methods may trigger an investigation.

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

7.1 Welcome Bonus

New users can receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳8,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 25 times the bonus amount. For example: a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳1,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,000, and to withdraw the bonus funds, wagering of ৳1,000 × 25 = ৳25,000 must be completed.

7.2 General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses are usable only on specified games — separate terms apply to each offer
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met
• If wagering is not completed within the set time limit for claiming the bonus, the bonus will be cancelled
• Attempting to claim the same promotional offer more than once will result in all bonuses and related winnings being forfeited
• Bonuses cannot be transferred to another account

7.3 Other Promotional Offers

winvip provides various promotional offers including weekly reload rewards, slot festival bonuses, birthday gifts, refer-a-friend bonuses, and cricket winning streak offers. Each offer has its own terms, wagering requirements, and validity period, which are communicated in detail at the time the offer is announced.

10.2 Account Closure by the User

If you wish to close your account yourself, contact the winvip support team. Any eligible balance should be withdrawn before the account is closed — bonus balances and funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements will be considered void.

Limitation of Liability

winvip works to ensure the highest level of security and reliability on its platform. Nonetheless, winvip will not be liable in the following circumstances:

• Loss of a session or bet due to internet disconnection
• Software errors from third-party game providers
• Issues with the user's device or network
• Force majeure events — such as power outages, natural disasters, or government directives
• Losses arising from the user's failure to protect their account credentials

In any circumstances, winvip's maximum liability will not exceed the original amount of the transaction concerned.
